As a team leader or manager, you can define how often these retrospectives need to be sent out. Some teams require members to update their profiles every month, some every quarter and so on. The MuchSkills settings makes it flexible for teams to automate these reminders for the entire organisation or per department. Whatever the frequency, retrospectives are a great way of ensuring your skills data in MuchSkills is always up-to-date
To find the settings for retrospectives, go to ‘TEAM/ORG’ --> ‘SETTINGS’ and click on the ‘MANAGE RETROS’ tab in the left column.
In the form that opens, set the frequency of the retrospectives and choose the departments the reminder will go out to. Use the toggle button on the top right to activate the automated reminders. And you are done!
