  • Analytics: retained for short‑term trend analysis, unless legal obligations require longer.

If we transfer data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to service providers) we rely on:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses; or
  • an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

9  How we protect your data

We use trusted providers (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data‑processing agreements.

11.5 Google Workspace Purpose: E‑mail communication
Data location: EU‑based Google servers

We review providers regularly to ensure GDPR compliance.

12  Children’s privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
